Why did you start your Etsy shop?

Because I loved painting animals and I had just finished a degree in Textile Design and started printing my paintings onto fabric. I loved the idea of being self employed and selling my designs all over the world!

What’s your favourite medium to work with?

I love to paint in acrylic paints and then print my paintings on velvet.

Where do you make your items?

I make my products in my little home studio in the countryside.

What’s your favourite part of  being an Etsy seller?

I love how kind customers are about my work and how much they love animals too. It's so nice when they message to say how much they love a product and how much something means to them.

How did you come up with the name for your Etsy shop?

Because I love animals and particularly the word Whiskers!

Where were you when you made your first sale on Etsy?

I was just at home but super excited to have a sale.

How do you spend your down-time?

I love painting and knitting and hanging out with my little white fluffy dog Oliver.
