Why did you start your Etsy shop?

I absolutely love jewellery and textiles and wanted to provide eco conscious alternatives. Materials include copper stripped from waste electrical cables, seaweed, home grown flowers, recycled silver, sea glass, old tin cans and vintage fabrics.

What’s your favourite medium to work with?

I don’t have a favourite as I use many recycled components. A bit like a Womble, I ‘make good use of the things that I find’. Old biscuit tins, sea glass, electrical cables, broken skate boards, garden flowers… just a small selection of mediums I work with.

Where were you when you made your first sale on Etsy?

At home with my family. There were loud cheers and a celebratory cup of chai tea!!

How do you spend your down-time?

Cold water swimming! I absolutely love swimming in the sea and would recommend it to everyone :). It’s great for both my mental and physical health. 

I also love walking in the countryside and am a keen wildlife photographer.
